This web seminar marks the release of a report on the status of youth in California’s 2020 rollout of funding for homelessness in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The report analyzes implementation of two programs to address homelessness—one with a specified youth set-aside which resulted in 10% of funding being directed to youth, and one without youth-specific funding which resulted in 0.6% of funding being directed to youth.
