AB 995: Reducing Homelessness Among Former Foster Youth

This bill, authored by Assemblymember Phil Ting, will reduce homelessness among former foster youth in California by expanding access to the Transitional Housing Placement Program (THP-Plus) and improving its coordination with the local homeless response system.
