Increasing the THP-Plus Rate Based on Fair Market Rent
This document outlines a framework for increasing a county’s THP-Plus rate based on using HUD’s Fair Market Rent as the housing portion of the rate, recommended for counties not spending their full THP-Plus allocation and that have not increased their rate in recent years and/or counties with high cost of rent.
