THP-Plus Statewide Implementation Project
John Burton Advocates for Youth works to reduce homelessness among current and former foster youth in California by improving access to two vital programs that provide safe, affordable and supportive housing:
Both programs provide a wide range of supportive services, including job training, educational support and counseling. John Burton Advocates for Youth seeks to expand access to both programs throughout the state through training, technical assistance and advocacy.
THP-NMD
THP-NMD, formerly known as THP+FC, provides supportive housing to youth age 18 to 21 who are participating in extended foster care. Click here to view the THP-NMD provider roster.
